The Eighth Spring began as a deeply personal chapter for us — Damien and Octavia Lee — long before it became a place for others to gather. We found the valley in 2023, drawn instinctively to its stillness, its restorative energy, and the way the landscape seemed to hold space for clarity and calm. What started as a place to reset soon became the backdrop to our own milestones, including the clubhouse we built by hand to host our wedding in 2025. Opening the estate to others felt like a natural extension of that moment — a way to share the magic of this land and the sanctuary it has become for our family.

Every part of The Eighth Spring has been designed by us, the restored cottage that once housed the local tennis club, the reclaimed structures brought back to life, the thoughtful details woven through each space.
